Welcome, great that you visit our webshop! Due to the current developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, we, like many other companies, are taking the necessary measures to ensure that the health of our employees, their families and our fellow human beings is our top priority.
Love cannot be cancelled so our team is here to guarantee your engagement ring, wedding ring or gift. Our goldsmiths are working in shifts, and our other team members are working partly from home.
We are doing everything we can to manufacture and send your jewelry on time, but it is possible that you will receive your package a bit later than you are accustomed to with us. If this is the case with your package, our team will inform you.

Can I just keep ordering?
Absolutely, our team is still working from home or in shifts at the office and the studio.
If I order now, can you guarantee the shipping date indicated?
The expected shipping date displayed with the products is checked daily with our capacity. The date is therefore a reliable indication. However due to a rare situation, the expected shipping date may be delayed by a few days. In that case, our customer service will contact you.
Can I still return my jewelry for repair (e.g. size adjustment)?
Our goldsmiths are working in shifts so jewelry can still be sent for repair to our workshop in The Netherlands. Please note that we need at least 5 working days for the repair.
Are parcels still being sent to pick-up points?
Yes, as long as this is a possibility for the sender. We keep a close eye on the reports from shipping services such as DPD and DHL-Express in order to adapt our website to this in a timely manner.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, that is possible. In that case we will only hand over your order at the door. Shipping the package to you is recommended for your safety and that of our employees.
Do senders such as DPD have longer delivery times?
It is possible that you may receive your package a bit later. Senders are experiencing busier times because more and more people are ordering online. You can follow the package via the tracking and trace numbers that we share with you.
Are you expecting problems with the stock?
For the time being, we do not expect any problems with our stock of materials. In addition, we have a wide range of products since each product can be customized by selecting the stone size, metal or stone type you like which is then custom created. So we expect that you will always be able to make a choice.
Can my order be shipped later?
Yes, this is possible. We can retain the jewelry for later shipping free of charge. Contact our Customer Service via email@example.com or call +3110 747 0000.
My wedding date has been rescheduled. Can I have the engraving done later?
We are sorry to hear that the wedding day has been moved! As soon as you have a new date, we will add the engraving, if possible, in the ring.
