For many years, I’ve devoted myself to the art of goldsmithing and jewelry design. DiamondsByMe was created from a deep and genuine love for the craft. After building two successful jewelry stores and a beautiful atelier, I felt inspired to explore new possibilities — to dream bigger and reach further. DiamondsByMe was born from that vision: a place where anyone can create a piece of jewelry that is truly their own. By offering complete customization, we’re able to craft pieces for every customer, every style, and every budget. Today, I’m proud to lead an extraordinary team of designers and goldsmiths who pour passion, artistry, and dedication into every piece they create. Goldsmith
As a goldsmith at DiamondsByMe, I have the privilege of working in one of the most inspiring places within the company. I love spending my days working with my hands, fully immersed in the craft. As a perfectionist, this profession suits me perfectly. From start to finish, I get to create and witness extraordinary pieces of jewelry come to life. I’m grateful that, as a goldsmith, I can work every day with modern and sustainable techniques to continue improving our already high-quality products.

Creative Director
As Creative Director, I curate and shape the visual world of our brand — selecting the imagery that defines our campaigns. I guide our team of creative designers, ensuring that every concept reflects our customers’ desires and speaks to the elegance and emotion at the heart of DiamondsByMe. Each day, I immerse myself in emerging trends and map out the creative direction for upcoming campaigns and experiences. With years of international and domestic experience, I’ve developed a refined instinct for where the true focus should lie — what captivates, what inspires, and what elevates a moment from beautiful to unforgettable.

Experience Manager
As Experience Manager at DiamondsByMe, I ensure that every customer feels heard, seen, and completely cared for. The world of personalized jewelry can be overwhelming, which is why I find it so meaningful to guide people step by step — from their very first question to the moment their piece is proudly worn.
Each day, I assist customers as they explore possibilities: materials, gemstones, designs, and every detail that makes a piece truly their own. Behind the scenes, I oversee the entire production process — coordinating with our designers, goldsmiths, and stone setters, closely following each stage, and ensuring the final result aligns perfectly with the customer’s expectations. Clear communication, genuine attention, and heartfelt care are always my guiding principles.

Senior Customer Support Specialist
After many enjoyable years working as a sales advisor in the retail sector, I decided in August 2023 to take on a new challenge at DiamondsByMe — a choice I’m grateful for every single day. As a Customer Service Specialist, I guide and support customers in finding the piece of jewelry that truly suits them: personal, meaningful, and unique.
What I love most about my role is the incredible variety — no day, no question, and no customer story is ever the same. That diversity keeps me focused, engaged, and full of enthusiasm. And the most rewarding moment of all? When a customer shares just how special the final result is to them. That is why I do what I do: creating a warm, positive, and worry-free journey that ends with a piece of jewelry meant to last a lifetime.

Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist at DiamondsByMe, I am the first point of contact for anyone considering a special piece of jewelry — or for those who have already placed their order. I assist customers with all their questions, wishes, and choices, from materials and ring sizes to delivery timelines and personalization options. Clear communication, genuine attention, and thoughtful guidance are always at the heart of what I do.
Behind the scenes, I oversee the entire process: coordinating with our designers, goldsmiths, and production partners; closely monitoring each order; and ensuring customers always know exactly what to expect. My goal is to make every step smooth, transparent, and truly enjoyable. And the most beautiful moment? When a customer reaches out with pride and emotion to share how perfectly the piece reflects their story. That is the kind of fulfillment I work for — an exceptional experience to match a unique work of craftsmanship.

Customer Support Specialist
I began my journey at DiamondsByMe in 2025 with great enthusiasm. As a Customer Service Specialist, I guide customers through every step — from their very first question to the moment their personal piece of jewelry becomes a reality. I believe that exceptional service starts with truly listening — understanding what someone is looking for, why it matters, and how we can bring that vision to life together.
No two days are ever the same, and that constant variety is what makes my work so rewarding. I’m always learning, collaborating closely with different departments, and given the space to grow. What I love most is seeing a customer finish the process with confidence, calm, and a big smile. Because in the end, it’s not just about a piece of jewelry — it’s about an experience they’ll carry with them for a lifetime.

Customer Support Specialist
After many years working as a manager in the retail industry, I joined DiamondsByMe in February 2021 as a Customer Service Specialist for the Dutch and German markets. My experience in both countries — in graphic design, purchasing and sales, and customer care — enables me to advise customers in the best possible way as they select a beautiful piece of jewelry.
With a personal and meticulous approach, I work each day alongside an incredible team to deliver the highest level of service. Being part of such an inspiring team, an exceptional brand, and a collection of truly exquisite pieces gives me fresh energy every single day — and it is exactly why I head to work with a smile, time and time again.

Head of Technical Design
As a visual/graphic designer at DiamondsByMe, I develop the tools and applications that transform our CAD designs into realistic images and animations. This allows customers to get a clear impression of their future piece of jewelry before it’s even produced. My background in graphic design, combined with years of experience as a multimedia programmer, provides the ideal foundation for this work.
I collaborate closely with designers, goldsmiths, and marketers to ensure every detail is spot-on — from materials and gemstones to lighting and movement. I also continuously explore new visualization techniques and software, enabling us to present our jewelry in increasingly innovative, clear, and immersive ways. It’s this blend of design, technology, and innovation that makes my work both inspiring and exciting every single day.
