Placing an order
Step by step
- Step 1: select a product:
If you want to make an order, you will need to select a product or compose a product of your choice. The different categories are found in the menu. When you choose one of these categories, you will get an overview of all the products within this categorie. Choose your own combination of noble metals and gems!
If you see a product you want to know more about, you can click on the product. The page you see, gives a complete overview of the characteristics of the product which you can customize to your liking. You can also click on the product image to view the other pictures of the product.
When you click the button in shopping cart, the item is automatically moved to the shopping cart. Now you can continue shopping or view the shopping cart.
- Step 2: options in the shopping cart:

You can change the number of items.Is your order a gift? Choose the gift wrap and we will gift wrap it in a festive way for you!
A discount code or voucher can be filled in or be exchanged here.
- Step 3: Enter your information:
Ordered frequenly by DiamondsByMe? Then you can log into the appropriate window. When you order for the first time, additional data is required.
Then choose shipping and payment. You can pay directly using iDEAL, retrospective giro (AfterPay) or in installments (Capayable) and through credit cards, PayPal and AMEX.
Do you want to pay afterwards with Afterpay? Sure you can, but there are conditions attached.
If you select the payment method and have agreed to the terms, click the button I confirm my order.
- Step 4: Check your order:
You will see a overview of your order. It's smart to check your information here again. Now click on the confirm button and pay. You can now complete your order in the secure payment.
- Step 5: confirmation:
You can now pay your order safely online. For payment we use Pay.nl. They ensure the safe handling of our online payments. After you complete the payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail in a few minutes. No mail? Perhabs the order ended up in unwanted. If not, please contact customer service.
