  • Trial period & return policy

    For DiamondsByMe products a trial period of 30 days applies, starting the day of delivery. Within this period of time you can see the product, review and / or modify, unless otherwise stated.

    After receiving the product, check it for damage and if the product is delivered in complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon a possible.

    If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the order:

    • within the trial period of 30 days.
    • if the item is complete, undamaged and in original condition and packaging.

      We advise to send the package by registered mail. According to the general terms of homeshopping this is not obligated, considering that the responsibility of the shipment is yours. When you send the package by registered mail, you are insured against the unexpectedly loss of the package. You are responsible for a safely shipment of the package.

    Some items you can not return or exchange, this involves:
    • Products which are engraved on request. Jewelry with engravings on the inside of the ring can be returned, but jewelry with engravings on the outside like fingerprints or special custom engravings can not be returned.
    • Products that are no longer in original condition due to a result of wearage or other damage. If you still wish to return or exchange it, we will charge costs for recovering the ring to original condition.
    • Products that are modified according to your request.

    Do you want to return the product? The paid amount will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the termination of agreement.

    In case of paying afterwards by Afterpay, this digital giro will be cancelled within the same period.

    How to return/exchange your order
    In order to handle your return or exchange as quickly as possible, we ask you to follow the steps bellow;

    The form for returning the product is included with the received package, but you can also download our returns form.

    Only use this form if you want to return a item, exchange the model or repair the product. However, a return will always be judged by our return department to check if the case meets the requirements of our return policy.

  • Return shipments
    We always advise clients to send the package by registered mail (signature on delivery). If you have a registered package that has been returned to us, it doesn’t need extra insurance. Return costs are for the customer’s account.
    We will handle the return as soon as possible, within 14 working days. If a refund of the purchase price is desired, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days after termination of the agreement.   • Exchanges
    The exchange of an item for the same item in a different size or color, is considered as a new order. You return the old order within the trial period and order the new product by filling in the return form. The cost of the return shipment are for own account. Should a product be exchanged by an error or a defect by us, the costs are obviously at our expense.

  • CAUTION: Did you choose for payment through giro (AfterPay)? We always recommend to make the payment. Even if you return a model or wish to exchange it. DiamondsByMe is not responsible for any additional costs resulting from a late payment.
