DiamondsByMe offers warranty on every purchase. Despite the fact that our goldsmiths take a lot of care for your jewelry, it’s could always happen something went wrong. Did you noticed something wrong with the ordered product? Please contact us within 24 hours after you received your package. Send a e-mail to; email@example.com
Legal warranty means that a product is or has to do what you would reasonably expect of it. If there are any problems with the quality of your jewelry, we'll repair it. If you damage a piece, we are happy to repair it for a reasonable fee.
The warranty is void if:
- the piece of jewelry isn’t worn normally and the damage is caused by yourself. Please notice any abnormal dents/bumps which do not appear on the jewelry on normal wear.
- another jeweller resizes or modifies the piece..
Of course we can resize your ring for you up to 3 months after delivery:
- Up to 1 size larger or smaller, we charge €15,-.
- Up to 2 sizes larger or smaller, we charge €25,-.
Repairs will be handled according to the day of receipt. The jewelry will be repaired within 7-14 days. We will keep you informed about the reparation and solution.
