Competition is organized by DiamondsByMe.

Participation action

• Participation in actions is free of charge.
• Participation takes place when you have subscribed to DiamondsByMe's newsletter.- One-time participation per person.- Participation in actions is only possible for persons aged 18 years or older.
• The duration of actions and when the winner(s) will be announced will be mentioned in the confirmation email after signing up.
• DiamondsByMe is entitled at any time to change the terms and conditions of the actions or to cancel them without giving any reason.

Personal data

• Personal data of participants will not be released and provided to external parties without consultation.
• Participants' personal data may be used internally to subscribe to the DiamondsByMe newsletter, if consent is given in the promotion.
• Dutch law applies to all actions.

Winner

• The winner of a promotion is chosen by a draw in an impartial manner.
• The winner of an action will be notified by e-mail.
• If the winner does not report within one month after the announcement, a new winner will be designated.
• DiamondsByMe is authorized to exclude persons from participation in the event of suspected unlawful participation or fraud.
• Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified.
• It is not possible to exchange the product won for another product or amount of money.
