The ring shown above is called the Shanelle. We call this type of ring a halo ring. The center gemstone is surrounded by smaller sized stones. This 14 Carat rose gold version is set with a 0.25 crt round brown diamond center stone, embraced by smaller diamonds. What makes this contemporary rose gold halo ring special is the setting of the smaller gems surrounding the center brown diamond, which are shaped like a beautiful flower. The surrounding halo of stones frame the middle center stone in such a way to make it appear bigger. This type of engagement ring is also called a flower ring. It is very important that the smaller diamonds are positioned identically so there is no interference of light but perfect unity instead. Our skilled Goldsmiths get the job done.
